Golf Cart Quality Control Starts During Production

At Shining Vehicle, golf cart quality control is not limited to a final check before shipment. Inspection is carried out throughout the production process so potential issues can be identified and corrected before they move to the next stage.

Key components, assembly points, electrical and powertrain systems, steering, braking, vehicle functions and appearance are checked at relevant stages of production. This helps us keep each golf cart aligned with the confirmed specification while reducing the risk of problems being discovered only at the end of the order.

Before shipment, every golf cart moves through final functional checks, road testing and appearance inspection. The completed vehicle is then reviewed against the order requirements before packing and shipment preparation.
