The 6m 2-Room Accommodation Unit steps things up to a genuine two-room layout. You get a sofa bed and wardrobe in the bedroom, a kitchenette with bench and sink, and a full ensuite with shower, toilet, sink and vanity. Hot and cold water inlets and black- and grey-water waste outlets come plumbed ready for connection, and four double-glazed windows plus external lighting and a bathroom exhaust fan round it out. A mini landing is fitted at the front door once on site.
Delivery is by tilt-tray or Hi-abb truck, quoted separately to your town or suburb, with transport priced against the current fuel levy and diesel rate when you order. If you need something more compact, we also stock the smaller 4m unit — just ask.
It arrives wired but not connected — a licensed electrician must check and connect everything to AS/NZS 3000 before use. Air-conditioning and a hot-water system are not included. Payment in full is required prior to delivery and quotes are valid 7 days or until sold.

Can I use this as a two-room granny flat in QLD?
Used as habitable accommodation it generally needs council/building approval, which varies by region and zoning. Confirm with your local council. We supply the unit; approvals are the owner’s responsibility.
Does the mini landing come fitted?
The mini landing at the front door needs to be installed once delivered, (we can’t transport it with it attached). The rest of the fit-out arrives complete in the unit.
Can I hire this unit?
The 6m unit is sale only. CSA also hires standard shipping containers across Queensland if hire is what you need — contact us.

Shipping & Return
xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
